Britain's oldest man celebrates 110th birthday

A happy belated birthday to Henry Allingham, who was 110 on Tuesday 6th June

Too funny! I've heard similar stories from the elderly where a wild life, or “hard living” had no bearing on them because of their great attitude. Their state of mind is what sustained them.

Bob Proctor is 70. He says we shouldn't slow down… we should just CALM down!
